1. Donations
1.1. General Policy:
REMAIN is grateful for every donation, financial or in-kind, that supports our mission to empower fathers and their families. As a non-profit organization, all donations are considered final and non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible.
1.2. Exceptions:
In the following situations, REMAIN may consider a full or partial refund for a donation:

To request a refund for a donation, please contact us within 30 days of the donation date. Provide your name, contact information, donation amount, date, and reason for requesting a refund. We will review your request and contact you within 7 business days.
2. Fundraiser Items
2.1. General Policy:
REMAIN occasionally sells merchandise and other items as part of our fundraising efforts. Purchases made through our website or at fundraising events are final and non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.
2.2. Damaged or defective items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Provide your name, contact information, order confirmation number, and a description of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement item or a full refund, as per your preference.
2.3. Return process:
To return a damaged or defective item, please contact us for return instructions. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.
